rEVeal Privacy Policy

rEVeal does not collect, sell or share your personal information. Everything you enter stays on your own iPhone or iPad, and we have no servers that receive it.

This policy covers the rEVeal app for iPhone and iPad, including test versions shared through TestFlight. It applies from the date above.

Information you enter

What you type into rEVeal is saved only on your device, so it's still there next time you open the app. It is never sent to us or anyone else. This includes:

• Household income, take-home pay and your monthly bills, including any bills you add and name yourself
• Your registration state and location: your ZIP code, and the county or city where your state's taxes depend on it
• The vehicles you choose, the cost of any options or packages, any price a dealer quoted you, how you'll pay (down payment, loan or lease terms, and any lease numbers from a dealer), the manufacturer offers you tick, and home charging estimate
• Details your state's fees depend on, such as the purchase date, a trade-in value, the vehicle's weight, the registration term, a plate transfer or a loan lien
• Builds you save to your garage

Vehicle prices and the taxes and fees rEVeal covers for all 50 states and Washington, DC are built into the app. rEVeal works out your taxes and fees on your device and never sends your location anywhere.

To delete this information, use Remove my budget, Clear bills or remove a build from your garage, or delete the app. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, Apple may include app data in that backup under your device settings.

Purchases

The one-time $9.99 unlock is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details, Apple Account, name or email address.

To show paid features, the app asks Apple whether this Apple Account has bought the unlock. Restore purchases asks Apple the same question. Apple handles these requests under the Apple Privacy Policy.

What rEVeal doesn't do

• No account or sign-in
• No analytics or third-party tracking tools
• No advertising
• No tracking you across other apps or websites
• No access to your location, contacts, photos or camera
• No selling or sharing of personal information

Apple services and TestFlight

If you test rEVeal through TestFlight, Apple collects some information and shares it with us under the TestFlight terms. This can include crash reports, your device model and iOS version, and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send. We use it only to fix problems and improve rEVeal.

If you allow sharing with app developers in your device's privacy settings, Apple may also send us anonymous crash and usage statistics.

Children, changes and contact

Children. rEVeal is meant for adults shopping for a car and isn't directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.

Your choices. Because we hold none of your information, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. Everything is on your device, and deleting the app removes it.

Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. The free estimate on the home page runs entirely in your browser: the state, location, vehicle and price you enter are never sent to us or anyone else. Like any website, our web host may keep standard server logs of page requests (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site; we don't use them to identify you.
